Edward Smithers
Director + Project Manager
Edward is a highly qualified and experienced environmental landscape project manager making a real difference in the world we live in. Edward manages all projects and contracts personally to ensure all activities are completed to the highest achieveable standard.
Edward's qualifications include a masters degree in environmental science and bachelors degrees in commerce accounting and horticultural science. Edward has experience on a wide range of projects ranging from commercial and residential landscaping to rehabilitation of natural areas, mine sites and infrastructure.
Ivonne Mueller
Director + Business Manager
Ivonne is a highly motivated and organised business manager who ensures client satisfaction is achieved by overseeing all contracts and internal business processes. Ivonne has more than fifteen years experience in quality assurance and business management in civil construction, mining, tourism and customer service industries. Ivonne completed a Bachelor in Behavioural Studies (Psychology) in 2016.
Luke
Business Development Manager
Luke oversees the quoting and project management processes, ensuring that our clients’ needs are met and projects are on time and on budget. Luke has gathered a vast amount of experience in business development and managing relationship with clients in the building and commercial cleaning industries, in the private and public sector. Starting with Welsford Smithers Pty Ltd in May 2018, Luke has very quickly become an integral part of the management team.

We are looking for an experienced/qualified gardener to join our maintenance team. The position can be either permanent full-time or part-time and will involve all regular garden maintenance activities. A drivers license (manual) is essential for this role.
